Delivery
We use several International Express Services for all international deliveries. The orders usually are dispatched within 48 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online. The shipping usually takes around 3-9 business days for door to door delivery.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. 25% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand. Thank you.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, you must contact us to inform the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unused and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the road, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders this process sometimes can take up to 15 Days.
Returns
In the occasional event of manufacturing defect, we would replace/repair the products for you at no cost. To return an item, you must contact us to inform the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned unused and contain all the original packaging and labels. After receiving the return goods, we will refund your full payment.
Insurance
We offer Shipping Insurance for the total of US$ 1.99 to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. If a missing issue arises, we will reship your order immediately. Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely. In case your item get problem with the customs, we will be responsible for half the loss.
